Set up your own fundraising event

You and your friends can support us by organising your own fundraising event. We will help you by providing posters, sponsorship forms and promotional materials. You could organise anything from a jumble sale, cake sale, clay pigeon shoot, golf day, sitting in a bath of baked beans to a dinner dance. Anything goes!

Join us for a Ducks and Drakes event

We organise various events in the Dorset area each year and you could come and join us. For instance every summer we hold a cricket match in the beautiful village of Plush and always need people to come long and play cricket or just enjoy the day.

skydive
|
Imagine standing at the edge of an open doorway in an aircraft flying at 10,000 feet - the noise of the engines and the wind ringing in your ears with only the outline of distant fields below. Now imagine leaning forward out of that doorway and letting go - falling forward into the clouds, diving down through the air as you start freefalling at over 120mph!
Then imagine the peace and quiet as the canopy opens, the steering toggles come down either side of you and you begin a tranquil parachute descent from a mile up in the air, steering yourself back down to the centre of the drop zone below. Well you can stop imagining because it's real and you can do it at an airfield near you by reserving a place on one of Skyline's 10,000 feet freefall tandem skydives... Ducks & Drakes work in partnership with Skyline Parachuting which organise everything for your jump. All you need to do is click on the 'Book Now' button below.. You can then set up a sponsorship page online using JustGiving here. Send the link to all your friends so they can sponsor you simply and securely. Running

If you enjoy running and would like to raise money for Ducks & Drakes when you take part in your next marathon, half marathon, 10K or fun run, let us know and we will provide you with sponsorship forms and everything you need to support your fundraising.
We will also help you set up your own secure online fundraising page using our JustGiving here and clicking on 'start fundraising' on the right hand side. There are many runs you can do in your local area so why not run for charity and help us support young people with bowel cancer at the same time. Contact us with your name and details of the run you are taking part in and we will be in touch shortly to help support the cause. |

Overseas challenges

Ducks & Drakes Cancer Trust work in partnership with overseas event organisers Skyline Events Management. Visit their website to view all the current overseas challenges.
You can take part in some amazing challenges such as Treks to China, Iceland, Peru, Mt Kilimanjaro, Sahara and Petra. Cycle across Vietnam, from London to Paris and across 3 cities (see example itinerary below). If you are interested in taking part in a challenge of a lifetime, please register with Skyline, choose us on their charity list and drop us an email so we can support you all the way.
